How many people can I have in my circle?
LifeCloud currently supports up to 25 members in your LifeCloud Circle.
What are the different Circle access levels?
Owner - Full access to everything, including billing. It’s totally okay to setup another person as an Owner, meaning a LifeCloud can have more than one Owner. It does mean any Owner can modify the settings of any other Owner.
Partner - Full access to all information, but a Partner cannot modify the circle membership. A Partner cannot cancel the LifeCloud either, only an Owner can.
Observer - Someone who can see all of the life documents but not add or edit any of them. An Observer cannot see the members of the LifeCould, only the Owners.
Member - Someone who can’t see anything at this point but someone who will get to see more when the Owners have passed. What they get to see in the “future” is determined by you.
What happens after your passing has been verified?
In the event that all owners associated with a LifeCloud have passed, ownership access is passed on to the next highest tier of your Circle. For example, if you have 1 or more Partners in the circle, ownership will be passed to them.
Can I create a LifeCloud for my parents?
Absolutely! You can own more than one LifeCloud and be a member in others. Currently, you will need to use a different email address to own more than 1 LifeCloud. However, we will soon support subscriptions that can have multiple LifeClouds for the same email.
